A warm welcome also to Jo, who joined us as Manager at Cornerways in June, with 22 years experience. Her passion for care began at the age of 13 while working as a kitchen assistant in her local care home – she says that she knew then that this was the career path she wished to follow. Jo was a Registered Manager at a Nursing Home in Devon prior to joining Peninsula. When asking Jo what is important to her, she says ‘being open and honest’.
Jo will be supported initially by Debbie and the Head Office to ensure a smooth transition. She is looking forward to meeting residents, staff, families and visitors over the next couple of weeks.
