Exceptional care starts with an exceptional team.
When you choose one of our care homes, you place a great deal of trust in us, and we take that
responsibility seriously.
Helping you feel safe, valued and at home is our priority, and every member of our team plays a vital part in making this happen. Our team members are kind, compassionate, and truly believe in making a positive difference. They take the time to get to know each person, working in partnership to provide the right support based on individual needs. There is always room for laughter and friendly conversation, and you can feel confident that you will be treated with dignity, respect and empathy.
We invest in our people, providing ongoing training and development so we can continue to deliver the highest standards of care. This includes core training such as first aid, moving and handling, fire training, food hygiene and safeguarding; as well as specialist areas including dementia care, ensuring we stay up to date with the latest guidance and best practice. We combine e-learning with face-to-face training delivered by our own trainer, ensuring that learning is practical, engaging and tailored to our homes.
As a Mindful Employer, we are committed to creating a supportive and open culture for our team. All of our managers have completed mental health and wellbeing training, ensuring we can support each other effectively. We believe that by caring for our team, we create an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone who lives and works within our homes.
