Trainer, across Peninsula Care Homes, Devon
24 hours per week, worked flexibly across Monday to Friday. Permanent
At Peninsula Care Homes, we believe everyone deserves a Rich Life. A life with choice, dignity, independence and things to look forward to. Our Trainer helps make that possible.
Working across our five homes, you'll deliver practical, engaging learning that helps colleagues provide safe, confident care and support residents to live their Rich Life. You'll bring training to life through demonstrations, discussion, supported practice and real-world scenarios, helping colleagues build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
But this role is about more than delivering training. It's about helping colleagues understand the difference they make. Connecting safe practice with dignity. Linking knowledge with confidence. Helping teams remove barriers and open up opportunities for the people they support.
From induction and moving and handling to first aid, fire safety and mandatory training, you'll help colleagues develop skills that improve everyday life for residents.
We start with one question:
"How can learning help someone live their Rich Life?"
Working alongside our Learning and Development Lead, managers and wider teams, you'll help create a positive learning culture where colleagues feel supported, capable and confident to deliver their best.
Whether you're welcoming new starters through induction, assessing practical competencies, delivering refresher training or supporting leadership development, your work will have a lasting impact across our homes.
Imagine finishing your week knowing you've helped colleagues feel more confident, more capable and more prepared to make a difference.
If that sounds like work you'd be proud to do, we'd love to hear from you.
